The lake was as low as it has been in many years, but the fish were still there. For most of us they cooperated and gave us a tug on the line! David Martin and Larry Davis came up with an impressive 10 fish that weighed 39lbs 5ozs for the first place win. That’s easily one of the best catches in the history of the club. Ronnie Newton and Mike Allen caught a 10 fish limit that weighed 32lbs 1oz to come in a strong 2nd place. Great job men!
We were glad to have Stephan Yarbrough and Newt Ford as guests on this great day of fishing. Newt caught the lunker of the day that weighed 6lbs 1 oz, — a good fish on any lake.
